The Terriers Unleashed Owners Groups is pround to present their first ever
dog park fundraiser!
Join us on Saturday, October 29th
from 10:00AM - 12:00PM at the Main Entrance to Mittineague Park (1695 Westfield Street, West Springfield MA 01089), for a fun filled day of halloween activities for you and your dog!
All Dogs Welcome!
Donations Encouraged & Accepted
Parking will be available in front of Santa's House, The Garden Pavilion, & Horseshoe Pits as well as other designated lots throughout the park. Please do not park anywhere other than designated parking lots.
Before you begin stop by the Registration Table and register your dog for our costume parade & contest!
There will be refreshments and more information about the future park there.
Free Activities and Events!
Trick & Treat! - Have your dog demonstrate a "trick" ('sit', 'stay', 'down' etc.) will all earn your dog a tasty treat!
Bobbing for Bones - Your dog will love this creative & fun play of the halloween classic 'Bobbing for Apples'.
Dog Costume Parade & Dog Costume Contest! - 11:30AM - Strut your stuff down our parade route
through the Community Gardens & smile at our judges! (Be sure to register by 11:15AM!)
Paint a Pumpkin - This activity will bring out your Puppy Picasso! Using Pet Safe Paint, decorate your own
personal pumpkin!
Obstacle Course - Come explore the site of our proposed park and try our mini obstacle course. (This is an
Off Leash Activity, owners MUST be in control of their dog at all times.)
Treasure Hunt - We've burried treasure along one of our trails, dogs & owners will have 10 - 15 minutes to see
what they can sniff out and find!
